The Bayelsa State Council of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) in line with its national directive is embarking on a 2-day working strike beginning from Tuesday September 5th to press home it’s demands to the Federal Government.
A statement by the Chairman, Comrade Barnabas C. Simon and Secretary, Comrade John Angese says there shall be no rally or protest of any kind.
The statement simply urged all workers to comply by staying in their respective houses with the two days.
It added that further directives from the national secretariat of the NLC will be communicated to workers.
